I loved the silky look of the water at Otter Cove on my last morning wander in Acadia. A smooth surface, rocks, autumn colors, reflections...

Do you see the little house tucked into the shoreline? I was very tempted to walk down the hill (from Park Loop Road) to get closer but the footing looked a bit treacherous. Maybe I'll just tuck that thought away for another time.
