a Maudslay (early) afternoon
It was a hot and very windy day today. Denise decided to head to Maudslay State Park to see if this week's heat caused any new flowers to pop out and I decided to go with her. Oh! That's such a pretty place!
We saw new iris in bloom, and there were still azaleas and rhododendron popping out of the woods. It was hard to catch the flowers standing still but it was fun to walk there anyway. I was fascinated with this tree with a very hollow trunk. --- Rover
