a Maudslay morning
The air was crisp this morning; it felt like a good day for a walk in the woods. I headed to Maudslay State Park this morning to wander, to see if the gardens still showed bright flowers, and to check the state of the fall colors. I was happily surprised to find flowers still in bloom, including a number of hardy rose bushes. Many of the trees still wore green leaves with pockets of yellow and an occasional splash of red.
