quarry reflections

When I saw the weather forecast for the weekend I knew outdoor wanders would be more comfortable today than tomorrow. The temperatures were in the mid-40s with a bit of wind; tomorrow the high is forecast to be 28 degrees with a lot of wind. Hmm...

I headed to Rockport to walk at Halibut Point State Park. My last visit was in late August while the trees were still wearing green. Today the trees were bare.

The wind was strong enough that I had to struggle to stand. I think it's a good thing that I visited today and not tomorrow!
