to Tower Hill

Yesterday's forecast was for cool temperatures and wet conditions, with the chance of rain pegged at 50%. I chose to wander anyway, heading to the Tower Hill Botanic Garden. A light rain was falling during most of my visit; I was wearing a good rain jacket, and my camera didn't mind a bit of wet.

The gardens continued to serve as home for late blooming flowers and for ready to harvest vegetables. The trails in the woods were quiet but nicely walkable. For the most part trees are still wearing green with occasional splashes of red.
